Classes for Parents-to-be
How I can support you during pregnancy and birth
I teach pregnancy and antenatal classes predominantly in Bourn and Cambourne, between Cambridge and St Neots. And I work privately in-person within a 30 minute radius of St Neots. However, I also offer online versions of all my pregnancy courses, so you can work with me from anywhere in the world – you just need the internet and a postal address for the goodies I’ll send you.

Please contact me for a free no-obligation call about how I can support you.
Hypnobirthing Courses

A full day (in-person) or 4 evening (online) course covering essential antenatal information and hypnobirthing techniques. An interesting, interactive and informative course suitable from 20 weeks of pregnancy. We’ll cover so much more than you might imagine of a hypnobirthing course – whilst yes, I’ll teach you tools and techniques to support a smooth and calm birth experience; breathing, relaxation – the stuff that probably springs to mind, but far less ‘woo’ and more science. I’m also going to cover all of this too:
~ What exactly is hypnobirthing and the science of why it works
~ What your body does in labour and how to get it ready and support it
~ How your brain influences your birth – how to get your head straight ahead of time
~ Birth place options
~ Setting up your birth environment to support your mind & body wherever you are
~ Pain relief – what are the options, pros & cons
~ Navigating the maternity system – your rights & choices
~ How to make informed decisions right for you, your birth partner & your baby
~ Vaginal, caesarean, assisted, induction births – how to prepare for all
~ All the stages of labour and what to expect
~ The golden hour & how to plan for once baby arrives
Importantly, your birth partner is included throughout the course, with advice and pragmatic tips for how they can support you. By the end of the course, your mindset will have shifted, you will feel informed, prepared, calm, confident, in control - ready and excited to meet your baby.

Cost: £250 (in person), £225 (online) for you and a birth partner, secure your space with a deposit, balance due 24 hours ahead of the course date.
