Classes for Parents & Babies

Find your feet and a support network at my parent and baby classes

I teach baby massage and baby yoga classes in Cambourne and Little Paxton, between Cambridge and St Neots. And I work privately in-person within a 30 minute radius of St Neots. My classes are welcoming, friendly and small group classes for babies from 6 weeks to actively crawling. Whatever class you choose, you can be sure of a warm welcome, space to chat, a chance to meet other parents and a hot cuppa and treats.

Baby And Me

This is my signature course that I wish was around when my boys were small! A special longer course of classes designed to support you and baby as they grow. We start with baby massage before moving on to baby yoga and this course includes two of my seasonal special workshops. We also take time each week to complete a memory scrapbook of milestones and celebrations, capture footprints and handprints and so much more.

These classes are 90 minute sessions, so plenty of time for chat and are suitable for babies from 6-16 weeks at the start of the course.

Cost: £150, space can be reserved with deposit payment, balance due halfway through course.

Baby Massage

A gorgeous, welcoming course that provides the perfect introduction to baby groups as you find your feet and build your confidence as a parent. You’ll learn the benefits of nurturing touch and deepen your bond with baby. Infant massage is a valuable skill to learn to support baby’s development, relieve symptoms of colic, wind, teething and aid sleep. Also, this class is for you, meet other people who get it, celebrate the wins and ease the load over a cuppa and a sweet treat. Suitable for babies 6 weeks to crawling.

Baby Yoga

A more active and dynamic follow-on class from baby massage. Incorporating massage and yoga for baby as well as gentle stretches and relaxation for you. Introduce baby to the benefits of connecting with and getting to know their body through yoga. Playful moves and stretching support baby’s development, encompassing tummy time to support digestion and aids relaxation. Come along to build your parent community, enjoy a cuppa and sweet treat.
